Reasons People Get in Touch

No topic needs a form or a ticket number. Pick the closest match and write.

Bug reports

Something broke, a button did nothing, or the output looks wrong? A short description of the tool, the input, and what happened is enough to start.

Conversion problems

If a table collapsed, an image vanished, or formatting was lost, mention which converter you used. Real documents are the fastest way to get conversion issues fixed.

Feature requests

Missing an option, a theme, or an output format? Ideas that keep the tools focused on clean conversion between formats are especially welcome.

Privacy and terms

Questions about how content is handled, deletion requests, or licensing can be sent to the same address and are answered with care. See the Privacy Policy and Terms for the baseline rules.

Three Things That Help Most

01

Say which tool you used

Name the converter and, if relevant, the settings you picked—theme, paper size, mode, or conversion options all matter.

02

Describe expected vs. actual

One line for what you expected and one for what happened turns a vague report into an actionable one.

03

A small example that shows the problem

A few lines of Markdown, a small piece of HTML, or a one-page file that triggers the issue is worth a page of description.

What Support Can and Cannot Do

Honest expectations up front, so requests land in the right place.

Quick Answers First

Many questions are answered on the tool pages themselves: each converter documents its supported features, file limits, and known limits. Browse the full lineup on About, or open a converter from the section below. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what happens to your documents, and the Terms cover usage and ownership. If the answer is not there, the inbox below is open.

Contact Questions

How do I contact support?+

Email support@markdowntools.app. Include the converter you used and a short description of what happened; a minimal example file helps even more.

How fast are replies?+

Email is read regularly and most requests receive a reply within a few business days. Complex conversion reports may take longer to track down and fix.

Can I report a conversion problem with a confidential document?+

Yes, but only send what you are comfortable sharing. A simple example that shows the issue is usually enough, and reports are not stored beyond handling the conversation.

Do you take feature requests?+

Yes. Requests that keep the tools focused—clean conversion between Markdown, PDF, Word, and HTML—are the most likely to be built.

Is there a phone number or live chat?+

No. Email keeps everything in one searchable thread and works well for sharing example files and screenshots.
